RN Medication Support Services

Nursing Oversight at Every Step
Each individual receives structured nursing oversight, including:

1. Medication review and reconciliation
2. Side effect and effectiveness monitoring
3. Behavioral assessment related to psychiatric medications
4. Caregiver education on medication administration
5. Coordination with certified psychiatric providers
6. Compliance and documentation support
7. Ongoing health and safety monitoring

Program Coordination

A Dedicated Coordinator for Every Individual

Each individual is supported by a dedicated Program Coordinator who:

1. Partners with Regional Center Service Coordinators
2. Assists with intake and authorizations
3. Facilitates communication between RN staff and certified psychiatric providers
4. Addresses urgent medication concerns
5. Supports continuity of care

This integrated model reduces fragmentation and strengthens outcomes. All services are delivered in full alignment with Regional Center requirements and documentation standards.

Additional Support for Regional Centers

1. Training for residential providers and families on psychotropic medication management
