Establish Your Personal Patient Portal
Connecting with your clinic has never been easier! By setting up your personal patient portal, you can manage your healthcare needs with just a few clicks.
Here’s what you can do through the portal:
1. Sign Up for Your Patient Portal:
If you haven’t already, create your account with your respective clinic from the phone number list below.
2. Receive Your Appointment Link:
Before each appointment, you’ll receive an email with your unique Zoom link.
3. Join Your
Appointment:
At the time of your appointment, click the link for a seamless login and connect with your healthcare provider.
Choose Your Location:
